Trax4Life Media Return Policy
All products must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Please Note: Once your payment has been completed you will receive the download link in a second email for digital download purchases, you first get a copy of your receipt and then once the payment appears in our account,then you get the second e-mail with the download links. *** This sometime can take up to 3 business days for payments initiated from paypal account using a checking account as their payment method!*** To avoid disappointment, pay with your credit card.
Any tangible product ordered from Trax4Life Media's web site(s) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us at mail@trax4life.com within that time period with your customer number, order confirmation number, the product(s) you wish to return, and your reason(s) for returning the product(s). We will respond via email with a Product Return Authorization Number (“PRA#”) and instructions on how to return the product(s). You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Digital downloads are refundable within the 30 days provided you delete all files obtained from us. Be honest, that's the only way we can stay in business and provide you and the kids with new exciting products.
All tangible product must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging, including all items and components originally packaged (CD sealed not broken) with the product (documentation, manuals, accessories, etc.).
If you receive any product from us in damaged condition, please inform the carrier and us immediately.
If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decide to cancel the order after it has already shipped, but before it has been delivered to you, you must still accept the delivery. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for any brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return to Trax4Life Media.
For refunds on product returned from orders paid by check, money order or wire transfer of funds, your refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit only. Trax4Life Media will not under any circumstances issue a refund check.
THE FOREGOING RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS IN OUR ONLINE INVENTORY WHICH ARE MARKED AS “NO RETURN” ITEMS.
***DO NOT PANIC....*** You'll getwhat you have ordered. No Trax4Life Media customer has ever not received what they ordered. So if you have a slow internet connection and don't think you'll download your files right away, there's no need to hurry!
